Rally Health® App for Android: Your Personal Health Companion
The Rally Health® app is a health and fitness lifestyle app designed to help you take control of your health and well-being. The app is available only to eligible Rally members, and it provides personalized recommendations based on your overall health. With the Rally Health® app, you can register for Rally if eligible, take or retake your Health Survey, and get your Rally Age to see how your habits affect your health in areas such as Nutrition, Stress, and Activity.
Moreover, the app offers personalized recommendations of simple steps you can take to improve your health and lets you stay logged in persistently or log in quickly and securely each time using your fingerprint scanner or Google Smartlock. You can easily check in as you make progress on your Missions, compete against others in fun activity- and behaviour-based challenges, and use your Rally Coins toward health-related discounts, a chance at great rewards, or to benefit a good cause. The Rally Health® app also allows you to connect with apps and devices, or use your phone's built-in Google Fit app, to track and visualize your activity.
